The following is a list of fees for performances:
Weddings - $400. This includes performance of all processional and recessional marches, postlude, and additional special music for the ceremony. Also included are a pre-planning meeting with the bride and groom, attendance at the rehearsal, and demo CD or mp3 recordings.*
1 hour events - $300 for one hour and $50 for each additional hour beyond. Any time in excess of one hour is subject to the $50 additional time fee.
Other events - any other engagements of 4 hours or more are subject to a fee of $125 per hour.
These numbers are subject to a degree of negotiation depending on a client's needs. So if you don't see a number that can fit your budget, don't be discouraged! Simply use the form on the contact page or call to make the necessary arrangements.
Because of the cost of fuel, some events will be subject to a nominal surcharge to cover travel expenses. This fee is not applicable to the final performance balance and may be paid separately in the form of a deposit. Please include the location of your event in any request for a performance estimate.
* - Planning meetings and rehearsal attendance only offered to North Texas Clients. However, recordings are available to all clients regardless of location.
